Getting started
How do I generate my first kit?+
Open the Launch Studio, describe what you're launching, pick a vibe and press Generate. You'll get a brand plan you can refine, then assemble assets and a teaser reel.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. Hummingbird runs entirely in your browser. It's an online design service — there is no software to download and nothing is shipped to you.
Billing & plans
How do I change or cancel my plan?+
Manage your subscription from the Stripe customer portal linked in your account emails. Cancelling keeps access until the end of your billing period.
Which currency do you charge in?+
All plans are billed in USD. Annual plans are billed once a year and save 20% versus monthly.
Assets, exports & licensing
Can I use the results commercially?+
Yes, under the Content License. Results are creative starting points and not guaranteed unique or trademark-clearable — run your own trademark search before commercial use.
How long are my uploads kept?+
Reference uploads are processed only to produce your assets and cleared per the retention schedule in our Content License and Privacy Policy.
