Hummingbird helps people build honest, original brands. These rules keep the studio safe and lawful for everyone.
1You must not
- Imitate, clone or trade on a real brand, logo, product, character or public figure, or generate "lookalike" or "dupe" materials.
- Create passing-off, counterfeit, replica or otherwise infringing branding, packaging or marketing.
- Produce misleading, deceptive or false advertising, fake reviews, or content designed for fraud or phishing.
- Upload logos, photos or text you do not own or have the right to use.
- Generate content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise unlawful.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service or its generation limits.
2Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use generated assets, including running your own trademark search and rights clearance before commercial use, as described in the AI Disclaimer and Content License.
3Enforcement
We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach this policy, and may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Report abuse to support@digihumm.shop.
